Joshua Doore Capital Group, LLC was founded in 2007 as a boutique life settlement actuarial consultancy. Its foundations have been built on a platform of integrity and technical expertise.
Our founder member is Raymond Goldblatt, who brings strong actuarial expertise and a wealth management background to Joshua Doore Capital Group, LLC.
Formally the Chief Operating Officer at Sanlam Asset Management, he was responsible for client interactions, portfolio risk management and alternative hedge funds. He was also the Chief Executive of Fleming Martin Asset Management in Cape Town and managed equities and bonds at Investec Asset Management.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and has a Master’s Degree in Business Science and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification.
